• Designate a trusted person to be responsible for gift cards and gifts at the end of the wedding night - Due 8/12/22

• Finalize, order, and print reception stationery (ceremony program, menus, place cards, etc.) - Due 8/12/22

• Schedule wedding attire cleaning and preservation for after the wedding, if desired - Due 8/19/22

• Confirm wedding party members have outfits, shoes and accessories - Due 8/19/22

• For Ron get a haircut, if needed - Due 8/19/22

• Compose toasts for the rehearsal dinner & wedding - Due 8/19/22

• Prepare unpaid vendor balance payments due on the wedding day and any cash gratuities in marked envelopes for the wedding day to give to your wedding planner to distribute on the wedding day - Due 8/26/22

• Deliver or arrange delivery of welcome baskets or welcome gifts for out of town guests - Due 8/26/22

• Pack for the wedding night and honeymoon - Due 8/26/22

• If you are departing immediately after the wedding, arrange for someone to pick up your wedding attire and other personal items from the hotel after your departure - Due 8/26/22

• If you wrote your own vows, provide a copy to the officiant - Due 8/26/22

• Send Christina copy of your vows & the ceremony script - Due 8/26/22

• Pick up Simona's veil if you haven't already - Due 8/26/22

• Show a wedding party member or family/friend how to bustle the train - Due 8/26/22

• Have your wedding attire pressed or steamed as needed - Due 8/26/22

• Gather all your personal items for the wedding day (wedding attire, veil, shoes, jewelry, lingerie, etc.) - Due 8/26/22

• Pack an overnight bag for the wedding night and determine how it will get to the hotel - Due 8/26/22
